Dr. Jade Liu is a local Washingtonian who graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 2022. Before becoming an optometrist, she earned dual bachelor's degrees in Nursing and Biochemistry from George Mason University and the University of Maryland, College Park. She went on to complete a residency in ocular disease at the White River Junction VA Medical Center, where she focused on glaucoma and retinal conditions.
Outside of work, Dr. Liu enjoys exploring new restaurants and indulging in good food. Despite being afraid of heights, she has jumped out of a plane and experienced the world's longest zipline.
