Dr. Gregory Katchuk joined Bethesda Vision Care in July, 2001. He is residency-trained in ocular disease, an achievement fewer than 5% of optometrists nationwide have completed. His skills span primary eye care, specialty contact lenses, pre- and post-operative LASIK care, management of surgical patients, as well as co-management of glaucoma and retinal vascular diseases such as diabetic retinopathy. In addition, Dr. Katchuk is certified in prescribing scleral lenses and lenses for keratoconus. Dr. Katchuk attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry and is originally from Elmira, New York.
